Mondzorg Poli Complaints Procedure

The staff at Mondzorg Poli always do their utmost to provide you with excellent care and assistance. However, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied with your dental (emergency) treatment afterward. We place great value on patient satisfaction and take your complaints and feedback very seriously. This helps us to continuously improve our care services.

Express your concerns at the practice

Not satisfied? If you are not entirely happy with a treatment, please don’t keep it to yourself. Many complaints stem from miscommunication or differing expectations. We highly appreciate it if you contact us directly in the first instance so that we have the opportunity to address your concerns and/or learn from them. Experience has shown that many complaints can be resolved in this way.

Complaints form

On our contact page, you can fill out the complaints form by selecting “I have a complaint” as the subject. The practice manager will handle your complaint as soon as possible.

Submitting a complaint via erisietsmisgegaan.nl*

Have you not been able to reach a solution together with your practitioner and/or the practice manager? Then you can submit a request for complaint mediation via erisietsmisgegaan.nl. More information is available on their website.

*Please note: This applies to our employed dental care providers. For our self-employed (freelance) practitioners, a different organization may be responsible. We are happy to advise you on which one applies to your situation. Often:

• Dentists are affiliated with the complaints procedure of the professional association KNMT;
• Dental hygienists are affiliated with the complaints procedure of the professional association NVM.

Once your complaint has been submitted, a complaints officer will handle your report. They will not pass judgment or issue a ruling on compensation but will mediate between you and your practitioner to work towards a resolution together.

Disputes Committee

If the complaint cannot be resolved with the help of a complaints officer, the matter can be referred to a disputes committee. We are happy to advise you on which committee applies to your situation.
